| FINANCE

Key accountabilities and requirements:
·       Male/ Female, age range 30 – 45.
·       S1 Graduated of reputable university, major in Accounting with GPA of at least 3.50 in scale of 4.00.
·       Industry background especially in Real Estate/Advertising/Management
·       Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
·       Three to five years working experiences in corporate finance/consulting/audit.
·       Experience in finance, accounting and tax administration.
·       Significant experience in financial reporting, account payable, inventory, costing, fixed assets, cash flow and working capital management.
·       Ability to develop, implements, and maintains systems and procedures.
·       Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
·       Ability to handle work under pressure.
·       Proficiency in written and spoken English.
·       Preferably Bali based

SENIOR PROGRAMMER

Key account abilities and requirements:
·         Male/female, max. 30 years old.
·         Min S1 degree graduate of reputable university, major in Computer Science/MIS with GPA of at least 3.0 in scale of 4.0.
·         Have at least 3 years working experience in Information Technologies or related field.
·         Knowledgeable for HTML, CSS, MYSQL, PHP, and Javascript (Ajax, JQuery).
·         Experience in developing Web Apps, Mac Apps and Blackberry Apps.
·         Hard worker, high attention to details, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative.
·         Able to work under pressure and good teamwork.
·         Languages: English, fluent writing and oral.
·         Able to work on public holidays.
·         Preferably Bali based.

| HUMAN RESOURCES & GA MANAGER

Key accountabilities and requirements:
·         Male/ Female, age range 30 – 45 years old.
·         S1 Graduated of reputable university, major in Law/HR Management with GPA of at least 3.50 in scale of 4.00.
·         Industry background especially in Real Estate/Advertising/Management
·         Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
·         Experience in HR functions such as Training & People Development, Jamsostek, Benefits and Compensation, Job Analysis and Evaluations, and understanding in GA (general affairs) matters.
