Bar Supervisor
Ensure the guests receive the highest quality of services. Bar Supervisor
assists the operational running of the bar and ensure that staffs are fulfilling
their duties to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities
• Supervising all bar area
• Ensure bar operations run smoothly and profitable
• Ensure proper inventory, requisition, bar pars and control systems
• Participate in departmental training, and deliver training as required
• Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Advising on updates to the beverage and wine list
Requirement
• Able to create new cocktails
• Friendly and chatty personality
• Strong understanding of safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines
• Understand all bars opening and closing responsibilities
• Good ability to delegate task and schedule bar team
• Provision English both spoken and written
• At the same role at least 1 year
• Computer literate
• Good teamwork
