Responsibility

• Ensure that the expectations of our guests are always exceeded.

• Be a self motivator to establish a strong cohesive team in the kitchen and
all areas of the F&B operation

• Enhance the reputation of the Luna2 collection as a market leader for
creative, innovative & exciting food & beverage

• Perform any general tasks in the office as directed by the Executive Chef



Requirement

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Food & Beverage qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Has a good knowledge in food safety

• Specific food preparation techniques

• Good comunication skill

• Able to work under pressure

• A self-starter who is highly driven, persistent and adaptable to change.
